This is the way it looked when I bought it. The previous owner had taken it all apart about 15 years prior, then ran out of ambition to finish the project. The car had no engine, drive train, or suspension. It didn't even have wheels or tires, he had sold those years before I got it. The interior was really the only real bright spot, it was mostly intact but the carpet was rotted out. The picture on the right represents about 1-1/2 years of work. The frame had some rust repair, sandblasted and then powder coated with most major components. The brake and fuel lines were all replaced with stainless steel, all new suspension components including a rear mono-spring and polyurethane components wherever possible. The transmission, engine, and rear end have been completely rebuilt, all new u-joints, brakes, rotors, etc. Even the radiator was re-cored and the A/C condenser coil replaced. The parts suppliers I use have come to know me by first name!
