Very sharp looking S40. I like the Dark, sleeper look you car has to it. Just an opinion, (if you like suggestions as much as I do), I would tint out the window to continue the dark look. It would mesh nicely with the black paint and gun-metal rims. Also, I would put some performance suspension (about 1 1/2 inch drop with struts, shocks and springs). It will really make the car look fierce with the rims. Good luck. Come check out my '01 S40 and drop some suggestions on what you think I could improve/change. Later.
