ToyRunna1003's 1987 Toyota 4Runner This is my 1987 Toyota 4-runner SR5. It is in excellent shape with minor flaws.

ToyRunna1003's 1987 Toyota 4Runner When I bought it it had a blown head gasket and found the cylinder head was bad too. So, after a many hours of work and many new parts, she runs as good as new. And my black lab "Tiny" enjoys the ride too.

ToyRunna1003's 1987 Toyota 4Runner Here's one of the many picture's I took right after buying the truck. It just shows the SR5 emblem on the back.

ToyRunna1003's 1987 Toyota 4Runner This is a picture of the 2.4L 4-cylinder motor. I installed a new cylinder head, head gasket, and various other small upgrades.

ToyRunna1003's 1987 Toyota 4Runner Here's the flowmaster exhaust I got for my birthday a week ago. It's from the cat back. It added some power too, and the deep sound is the best.

ToyRunna1003's 1987 Toyota 4Runner While I am away I keep my security system on to make sure no harm comes to my truck.

ToyRunna1003's 1987 Toyota 4Runner Another picture of my truck with my dad's 85' 4-runner. He is the true Toyota enthusiast. He's the one that helped me buy mine. Now we just have to sell my mom's Exploder and get her one. :)

ToyRunna1003's 1987 Toyota 4Runner Here's the wheels on it. There are alloy and look nice. My truck has automatic hubs so the back and the front look nice. My auto's aren't faulty either they stay locked in when backing up. (In 4wd.)

ToyRunna1003's 1987 Toyota 4Runner Two 4-runners. Only thing better is three. Hopefully...

ToyRunna1003's 1987 Toyota 4Runner Side view of my truck. I am surprised at how the clean the paint is after 15+ years. There are some spots on the hood and below the back window.

ToyRunna1003's 1987 Toyota 4Runner This is my dad's 4Runner with his old truck that he sold. That was the dumbest decision we ever made. It was a 85 solid axle short bed. It was clean too. Both inside and out. For the year we had both trucks it was awesome though.

ToyRunna1003's 1987 Toyota 4Runner This is my girlfriend Liana. She is the greatest. She is very important to me. Isn't she the hottest.

Those leafs really eliminated that token 4Runner rear sag. Looks good. Even with a new leaf pack mine sags in the rear. I just trimmed the front a little and the rear fenders alot. It helps make the front and rear look a little more balanced. And the axle swap is not that hard if you have the money, time and the right tools. You have got to know how to weld.

Nice lookin runner. Very well kept. I had the lift done at a local shop. I had the 4" suspension and 3" body and got the 35s all done for about 2 grand. I still wanna go higher, at least want 38s under it.
