I use the Flex-a-Lite variable fan contoller for the fan operation. It is mounted on the top of the fan shroud.

The windshield washer tank have been modified to, also, be the reservior for the alcohol. The red light on the gauge panel is low reservior warning. The green indicates that the system is activated. The pic to the left shows the variable boost contoller for the pump. The pump can barely be seen in the pic at the bottom left.
