My Triton 5.4 50,000 miles, I am curently rebuilding it.
SOHC
5.4 PI intake manifold.

I Pulled the Crank Pully, Timing cover and Heads.
Timeing guid removed . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Timeing chain Tensioner removed on passenger side.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Timeing chain Tensioner still together on drivers side.
There are 10 bolts that hold the heads on.
. . . . . . . . . . . . . . .Head aligmens studs, you can see them, kind of they stick up about a half inch.
PI intake ports, i will port and polish them after i get them cleaned.

Picked up parts form Performance Machine Shop in Manteca, CA. i had the pistons cleaned, crank polished & magnafluxed, Block Hottanked and magne fluxed, & the Heads resurfaced.
