I looked high and low for help to remove my alt with no luck so I had to just figure it out. Here's how I did it:

OK first thing... look in your engine and ask yourself why the hell did you decide to do this? Next remember that you have no money to pay someone else to do it and move on.

Now that your conversation is done
1.) unhook the negative battery terminal (****Remember after reinstalling the new alt to hook this up LAST****)

2.) Unclip the plug in the alt

3.) Unhook the main terminal of the alt (mine had a red cap over it) (12mm)

4.) Unhook the alt ground, small black wire (10mm)

5.) Remove the fan assemblies, I suggest removing both because it makes it easier to put the pass side fan in duringthe reinstall. There are 4 bolts even though my pic only shows 3, once the screws are removed at the bottom of the fans there is a pin in the middle of each to remove must get under car to remove. You may want to use a piece of cardboard to protect the radiator while working on alt.

6.) Now on to the radiator, first get a container that can hold maybe 1 gallon of fluid. Get under the car and locate the philips head looking screw on the bottom pass side of the radiator and place the container below it. Now undo the screw but don't twist too hard you can break it.
-remove radiator hose by loosening clamps

-remove radiator overflow tank and holder

7.) Loosening the belt, first loosen the center nut (14mm, can use a box wrench or short socket wrench)

-now loosen the belt pulley tension screw, which is between the A/C belt pulley and body of the A/C pump (8mm 1/4" deep socket)

8.) alt bolt removal, for the top bolt (12 or 13 mm cant really remember now)

-lower bolt removal, pass side lower bolt (14mm deep socket) no pic but its directly across from the driver side lower bolt
**when reinstalling new alt i found it easier to start with putting the pass side lower bolt in before the driver side bolt.

-driver side lower bolt (14mm stubby box wrench)
