Interior Changes:
>Black carbon fiber looking material, i just covered the existing material cuz it was an ugly mutlicolored tweed. Im trying to find something to use to go around the black fabric to cover up the lil bit of material thats showing, any suggestions let me know please. i also painted the black trim metallic silver. i only painted it cuz the trim was all scratched.

Instructions for door panels:
-1.) go to walmart or any fabric store and find something you like. i just happen to find this fabric from someone on a forum awhile ago and never got around to putting it on til now.

2.) remove the panel from the car you are going to be working on.

anywho...3.) mask off all of the door but the stock fabric.
4.)then line up the new fabric over the stock area to measure how much you need (cut it slightly larger than the area needed), after cutting it relay it over the stock fabric to make sure it was cut to the right size but a little larger than the stock area (this is so you can tuck the ends in to make it blend).
5.)start to tuck the end of the fabric into the lil crack using a flat head screw driver (i started at the end closest to the window switches).

6.)after tucking a small section i flipped the rest of the fabric back toward the end i started the tucking so that i could spray it with glue (i used the 3m spray glue also at walmart, i suggest the high temp glue).
7.)after spraying i quickly put the fabric back in place and made sure it was smooth. then just go back to the tucking method using the flat head.
8.)last thing i did was cut the hole for the door handle, for this flip the door panel over and trace the hole needed to be cut with a marker/pen and i used a box cutter to cut the hole.

>added a brushed aluminum bezel to gauges and Indiglo gauge kit

My new toy:
this is my wonderful pioneer avh-p6500dvd, i know it doesnt look as good as my other pioneer that is until the screen comes out. next pic please

jennj's 1997 Nissan 200SX

this monitor is a 6.5" touch screen that is fully motorized. for all those other in dash dvd monitor owners who are sick of having to put their cars in park and put the emergency brake on, heres a lil tip: ground the brake wire for the monitor and you can watch a dvd anytime, anywhere. this lil tip definitely comes in handy when i have my neice in the car and shes screaming about spongebob for an hour.

Well i have upgraded again... now i have the pioneer avh-p6600dvd, pretty much the same thing as the 6500 but with different graphics. here are a few screen shots:
