jhooverXR's 1985 Merkur XR4TI Winchester, VA Customized with Custom Exhaust - 2

This is my 1985 Merkur XR4Ti. I bought it about 7 months ago and overall it's a great car. This is a no-sun-roof car, these make great rally/race chassis. I know it looks stock, but it's really not. By the way, the pictures will be updated soon. So far along with the help of my friend, I've done volvo intercooler and radiator, billet adj. fuel pressure reg, up-ed boost to about 19-21 psi with a bypass on the control soldnoid, e6 manifold, soon to be 3 inch full exhaust, no a/c, no EGR, big VAM and metal bypass valve. The interior is pretty much stock except for newer blue/gray seats and a VDO boost gauge.FUTURE PLANS- Someday i'd like to take it to Summit Point Int'n Raceway and race there with the NASA group. Future mods will probably be- more aggressive ECM, bigger fuel pump/injectors, suspension components, and cosworth parts. Also someday i would love mine to look like this! jhooverXR's 1985 Merkur XR4TI Winchester, VA Customized with Custom Exhaust - 1 jhooverXR's 1985 Merkur XR4TI Winchester, VA Customized with Custom Exhaust - 3
