Yeah about them updates (9/27/2008)

Ive been just a little busy and well forgetful as of the last year or so, and as such i never posted that "BIG" upgrade that i was hinting at. Well i suppose now is better than never so I give you my update.....33's!!!! It was kind of a odd situation that landed me these tires but here it is.

My roommate at the time had a 2001 Jeep Wrangler TJ. The operating word here is HAD. He kinda got cut off on the freeway but a little piece of sh*t toyota and basically had nowhere to go but into the side of a semi. After spinning 180, hitting it again, and spinning back around he landed on the side of the freeway. Needless to say the semi won and his jeep was junked. However all the tires were good. So i talked him into keeping the tires and i bought them off him for $300 for a set of 5. 3 of the tires are about 60% or so tread left but 2 of em are brand spanky new. All of em are Goodyear Wrangler MTR's.

At any rate i got the tires mounted up and with little fender hammering and trimming they fit with minimal issues. I still gotta take a little bit more fender away but ill worry about that later as I have a new DD and this is just my fun truck. So without further ado.....PICTURES!!!

Our Blazer's transfer case silinoid went out right after we got it. Haven't had any electrical problems, other than the damned computer-controlled climate system won't turn the heater/defroster warm. Uniroyal Liberators (from the Wally World) are cheaper than BFGs, and do pretty darn good, even on ice and snow (I work for them...gotta get an advertising plug in). Good luck on your future mods. Your truck looks sweet.
