The truck is equipped with moser 31 spline axles, positrac, and 4.56 gears at the moment. It also has the new Ford Racing super cobra jet heads and a comp cam. I recently replaced the stock oil pan for a milodon 7 qt race pan with windage tray. at the same time, i installed a 3800 stall convertor. some time in the future i plan to upgrade to a 3.73-4.11 ring and pinion and a mini spool for the track due to running out of gear on the nitrous. i ran the 12.5 with my edelbrock nitrous kit set to 150hp and using a holley 1050 cfm dominator. the 60ft was horrible but a friend reported the drivers side tire leaving the ground so that made up for it. living up here in denver, it's pretty hard to get respectable quarter mile times without some sort of a power adder. Thanks to the coolest dad in the world, i now have the new ford racing super cobra jet alluminum heads. the oil system was upgraded with a new hv oil pump, main studs, windage tray and milodon fox body oil pan. I've also purchased arp head studs, fluid damper, platinum flexplate, new rod and main bearings and a comp cams magnum cam. this new motor is a handful. I broke the speedo cable the other day flooring it up a hill. Its currently fitted with Mickey thompson drag radials in 325/50/15 and it needs every bit of traction without the nitrous. thanks for checking out my truck. future plans to tub it and bag it and chop the top 3" and convert to disk brakes from a '73 f150.
