I have rebuilt the stock turbo (Now with upgraded turbine/compressor wheel, thrust bearings)All gaskets have been replaced, Electrical components replaced(new battery, solonoid, tfi, coil, dist rebuild, Taylor spiro silicone ignition wires, NGK spark plugs),NGK's were replaced with autolite 764's for the time being, Air dams on the radiator and ps rack,Battery in trunk, heat shield on the motor mount, a new aluminum piece, to be replaced with a stainless piece soon.
Possibly an air scoop is in the future.
The TCIC is now gone, new pics soon, and a front mount was installed with a bypass valve.

That top mount intercooler is probably hurting your power. The reason it worked on the SVOs was there hood scoop and has been seen to actually take power away from cars without a hood scoop. You may want to look into it.
