Welcome to my Toyota Paseo page My name's Mike.
I've owned my Paseo for about 7 to 8 months now and have started to modify it with the hope of it eventually having a street racing style to it .
Before this I drove a 1L peugeot 106 so you can imagine the difference I felt when i started driving the Paseo.
I bought it after spending 4 months sifting through various autotraders to find my first project car really trying to avoid anything that my friends had. When I found the Paseo I couldnt believe it. It had amazing bodysyling as standard aswell as good performance and its only Group 6 insurance which sealed the deal.
Also due to its rarety in the UK it has a high shook factor before you even start to style it. However the initial shock factor soon wore of in my eyes so I quickly got down to modding the car.
first of all I changed the standard speakers to Focals all round as well as changing the head unit to an alpine system. This was soon followed by a 5.5" sceen and a Playstation 2 thanks to ste from Mega-Watts. He's got the best of everything car wise in Runcorn and most of my mods have originated from there.
Next came a set of 15" tsw alloys and yokohama tyres. These are only tempory though before I can put a set of 17's on. I got them 'coz they only cost ?200 and got rid of the boring standard wheels.
