UPDATES!!!!
My car is an original , excellent condition, all black 1983 Pontiac Trans Am, coincidentally the same year I was born(must be fate!). She's got 85k original miles on her and never seen a single "incident". She's got a 5.0L Crossfire injected V8 under the hood, which was the top motor offered in the 3rd Gen birds until '85. A little further down the (drive)line is a 700R-4, 4 speed automatic transmission(first year offered) with a B&M shift improver kit to firm things up a little. 3.23 gears sit in the stock 10 bolt posi rear end for now. Spent fuel is exhaled from the motor through a set of 1 5/8" hedman full length hedders which are hooked up to a custom, mandrel bent 2 1/2" y-pipe. The cat has been removed in favor of a straight 3" intermediate pipe which feeds a Flowmaster 40-series 2 chamber muffler. The A/C system and all emissions control pieces have been removed to make her a little happier(In Mass all cars 84 and up must go for emissions testing, not 83!!!) An Alpine CD deck, 800 watt Kenwood amp, and 2 10" Kenwood subs mounted in a baffle box in the t-top well have been added to give me a more enjoyable ride (like I needed it...). I changed the stock, silver 15x7 honeycomb rims out for a set of 16x8 black and silver honeycombs wearing 255/50-16s in the rear and 245's in the front, off of an '89 GTA(looks much better, although spacers were necessary on the front to clear the tie rod ends...) Front windows are tinted 20%, headlights are Sylvania Silverstars, oil and tranny fluid are synthetic, and the only gas this thing ever sees is 93 octane.
Before and After:
Can you see the rusty old exhaust manifolds in there?
Look, HEDDERS!!! Aren't they pretty? What a difference in sound and power, I love 'em!
A little bit of cleaning, organizing, and painting, along with a rebuilt alternator (97 amps baby!) brings us here:

Alrighty then, that's about it for now, more later... MUCH More!

Bye Guys!
