As you may have noticed, this isn't an Opel GT.. in fact it's a 2003 2.0 Speedster Turbo (also known as Vauxhall VX Turbo in UK) featuring some mods. I bought this car about one month ago from a friend of mine (now as a Mugen-Honda S2000) and I'm very happy with it.
From stock this baby can do 0-60 in 4sec. flat and hit the 152mph in 30.8sec, but this one here can do the same 0-60 in 3.8sec. and do 167mph due to the extra hp and -72lbs coz' of things like the racing exhaust and the glass fiber hood and doors; well, enough of that, here "she is":
And here are some of my friend doing the 0-60 on an old shutdown air field near Lisbon: (took these with a DV cam).
Now you can see (in part) the huge pontential of this lightwheight beast; (the dif beetween the 1st and the last shot is only 1.5sec and I had to zoom in...). It beat the sh** out of a M3 SMG-II on Estoril International Raceway doing 1:31:05 against the 1:33:04 of the M3, placing 4th overall below a 911 Turbo and a Morgan Aero 8.
