finally installed the proper wiring for the electric fan i installed a painless relay kit i also took my weld wheels off and put my SSII wheels back on til the weather gets nicer i lowered the car but dont have good pictures of this yet i used belltech 2" dropped spindles up front and belltech coil springs in the rear they lowered it about 1 3/4" i installed the new fuel system components which i posted pictures of and im currently waiting on a 4" fiberglass bolt-on hood from VFN which should be here in the next few weeks and as soon and i get it youll see it
i found this 1987 cutlass supreme sitting in a lowes parking lot in almost perfect condition minus a mirror and some scratches with its stock 3.8 v6 and 200-r tranny the car was sold when i further found out that it had 70000 miles on the clock and the guy only wanted $700 for it i had it the next day and the very first thing that went into it was the fully rebuilt 8.5" posi rear with 373s in it i didnt bleed the rear brakes and since the motor was running really good i was out beating the shit out of the thing with donuts and all sorts of lil v6 burnouts then came time to really dig into it since im bad at multi tasking i didnt get to many " as we went along " pictures but here as it sits now
all i did was wash it really good and my awesome girlfriend bought me a set of weld pro stars 15x8s out back and a 15x4 up front and theyre wrapped in mickey thompson sportsman radials 26x10x15s on the rear
there are spohn rear tubular control arms holding the rear in and a nice big sway bar to keep it all straight you can also see the 2 1/2" exhaust going through the g-force trans crossmember into a set of flowmaster super 44s
the interior was kept all stock i even left the bench seat and column shifter intact just a clean install with some autometer guages to keep things in check
i moved the battery to the trunk and the spare tire well is where the aeromotive SS fuel pump and fuel filters got mounted
and just incase everyone thouhgt i left the 6 cylinder in the engine bay haha well the only thing remotely close to the original motor would be that its still and olds but a lil bigger how about a 1972 350 with a .030 overbore
stock nodular iron crank ,forged pistons

Hey John. Again gotta say nice Cutlass! My hood is the stock metal hood. I purchased a fiberglass early Z-28 cowl induction 49 1/2 x 22 x 2 3/4 out of JC Whitney. Took 4 days to complete plasma torching air cleaner hole, fibrglassing, auto putting, sanding, and more sanding, sand, sand, sand, prime, block sand, sealer, base coat, color sand, and finally 4 coats of clear! I done the car myself, hard work really pays off as your car shows it too! Keep in touch!
