This is a future project. I bought this wrecked IROC R/T for $1500 from a local guy. It has a full 3" exhaust, K&N filter, +20 injectors, Stage 1 computer, and a manual boost controller.

The above motor/trans will be going in my 87 Shelby GLHS #907. This will take a bit of work to fit it in there and get the wiring harness to work, so this project will be after I get some other projects finished up.

I did manage to get the front radiator support cut off the R/T so I could get a look at the motor. Pulled the valve covers and it looks as if the cams have been reground recently, the rockers and lifters are all in good shape, and it has some arp head studs installed already. So thats a good start. I also installed a manual steering rack into the GLHS because there isn't room for a power steering pump with the larger 16V head under the hood. Still trying to decide if I want to rebuild the motor before I install it, or get it in and running before I spend money on it.

This is my most recent purchase. I found this 86 Dodge Omni GLH-T in a storage garage where it has sat untouched for 12 years! Needless to say, I couldn't say no to such a cream puff. Zero clear coat problems and zero rust make this one of the nicest GLH cars around. Along with the car, I got a T2/555 that came out of a wrecked 87 Shelby-Z back in 87! So the virtually brand new upgraded motor and trans will go in when I get the time to do it. As for now, its my new daily driver/gas saver! Runs like a champ! I made another page for this car so check it out.
