1992 Dodge Daytona IROC R/T
After years of owning this car, this is what I have put together.

This is definitely not how Ithe car was when I bought it. The rest of this site details what I have done to the car since I have owned it. Enjoy.

Car shown here at my old home. The car was mostly stock when this was taken and was my daily driver. Shown here with fresh paint and all new badging. Also show with my 17' Enkei Shogun wheels wrapped with Kumho rubber.

This is one of about 431 made between 92-93. This car is badged as a "PVP Pilot Car" I wish I could tell you exactly what that meant, but I can't. It has the second earlies vin of any other R/T Daytona in the R/T Daytona registery.

Powered by a 2.2 liter I-4. 16V Lotus designed head with a stock Garrett T-3 turbo with Intercooler. Stock boost set at 11 psi gives the motor 224 hp stock hp rating. Good for low 14 sec 1/4 and 0-60 in 6.0 seconds

The interior is basically stock, although I added some leather seats recently. First pic is the old, second is the new.
The first year I owned this car, I was a little more concerned with getting the exterior of the car looking good. It had extensive body damage on three of the four corners. Six week, and $2500 worth of body work and paint got it looking good again. Added the wheels and tinted the windows and thats about it.
Stereo

Sony Head unit looks and sounds good, but will be upgraded with a nicer unit someday.

Eclipse 6 1/2's in both door, Eclipse 2" tweeters in dash, and Eclipse 6x9's in back. I am pleased with the sound of these speakers. And to top it off, a 10" JL sub powered by a 400watt Kenwood amp, in a Q-Logic box. This stereo was built on a budget, but sounds pretty good.
Here are a few pictures next to my buddy Cory's white R/T. His is also a PVP Pilot car. That would make two of the four pilot cars in Utah.
