Here's the newest project from www.DamagedReality.com...
Cheap Street Impulse 3!

This car was bought for $100 from a local junkyard. It's a 1983 Isuzu Impulse with the fuel injected G200Z 2.0L engine and 5-speed transmission. When I got it, the front end had a bit of a wreck on it, so I swapped the front end from my 1989 Impulse onto the '83. Everything fits exactly the same, no problem. The primer on the hood is due to some fairly advanced rust that had started eating away at the leading edge of the hood, which I fixed with body putty, primer, sandpaper, and a lot of hand work.

The damaged front end has been removed...ready for parts from my '89 to go on...

The fenders from the '89 have the Lotus badges on them still. ;D

Nice and straight, albeit with a few scratches...the rear bumper from the '89 will be going on here soon.

Recaro buckets from the '89...

140MPH speedo from a turbo Impulse...

...and the good old KYB shocks from Cheap Street I went right onto III. KYB Gas-A-Justs rock your socks off.

...and here's a Garrett T-25 turbo, part of what's in store for CS3. ;)

The next page has some older pics from when I first got the car. Check it out if you dare...
