When I got the car I realized the the orginal head unit that came in the car would not play CD-R or CD-RW's. The car had an extra tape player below the head unit so I bought a CD player to go in it's place. It will play CD-R, CD-RW's, and MP3's!

The cd player works off of the stock head unit. I really hated to replace this because with an aftermarket head unit it will not take up the whole 4 inch space and you would have a cubby hole in the dash where you don't need one. Later on I might install an amplifier or something, but for now it sounds great and has all the bass I need!
