Here are a few images of the engine compartment of the car and a few things I have done to the car's performance:
I added some new Stinger battery terminal blocks to the engine compartment that were much cleaner and shinier than the old stock battery terminal covers I had before.
As you can see the valve cover has been removed and coated with Gloss Black high heat ceramic paint. I thought it would give a different, more gleaming effect than the stock silver that was on there before.
I also changed the spark plugs to Bosch Platinums and the plug wires from the stock brand to the Autolite Professional Grade. This should increase power a bit but not really enough to tell a difference and give the car a cleaner, more efficient run.
I have also added a chrome Bomz header that quickly turned due to high heat. Underneath that header there is a full Holley Airmass ThunderMuff cat-back exhaust with a 5" muffler for a very low rumble whether I'm sitting still or cruising steady.
An intake has also been added to give the car to allow a bit more breathing capability. Adding this intake also changed the way the car sounded, somewhat. It gave the car a louder rumble, which I kinda like, when the engine was revved over 3000 rpm.
As for the suspension of the car, it's been lowered using H&R springs, a high polished aluminum Aerospeed Strut Bar was also added and for even more control and stability. I replaced the OEM front shocks with two Tokico Illumina 5-way Adjustable Shocks that are set on the stiffest setting. I purchased these shocks from www.nolimitmotorsport.com and received free shipping cause they are the cool place to go.
