How do you like the 700R-4 trans to NP205 transercase setup? I would like to convert. I currently running stock GM 350 crate, TH350, to NP205. I read I need an adapter plate to complete the conversion. I saw them listed at advance adapters for ~$170. Any suggestions? Very nice Blazer by the way. I have a green 72 CST package that is very clean too. Check it out.

Love your Blazer. I recon the older cars have a great 'laid-back' look about them. Yours is a good example of what to do right with a truck.

WHEW! NICE! Only thing nicer in that generation, well I havent seen it yet. But one thing, why'd you stick with the carb engine? Here is why I bring that up: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuel_injection#Benefits Says it all right there, you can get the same amount of power with the same displacement engine, but get like 15% better fuel economy. -OR- you could get the same fuel economy, but 15% more power (the whole thing is the engine runs 15% more effecient, so it can either be 15% more powerful or 15% better mpg, yah). I mean, you've put some serious work into that engine with the expensive carb, intake and such, so why not just take it a step up? Not meaning to bag on your truck or anything, its absolutely beautiful, but you know I was just wondering.
