Winter tires:
Falken 512's in stock size (actually, now on my 2nd set in 235's, a little wider than stock). They are relatively inexpensive and almost as good as the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S. These tires ride nicely, have outstanding dry and wet traction, and handle the snow competently as well. Love the aggressive all-season tread too.
