That's my Mini. It started it's life with me as a 998cc Cooper. I actually rebuilt/built the 998cc motor but then I blew it. The motor was replaced with a 1275 lump bored to 1380. It also has Cooper S brakes, and all kinds of other period goodies. I'm very happy with it.
There's still work to be done to it like badges and one inner door panel.
I like to race it on the street but I've never brought it to a track or dyno so I don't have power/time figures. I have raced and beat worked Hondas and Eclipses. I'm not saying I can beat them all or that they were very fast. I'm just trying to give an idea of where the car fits.
