Here is my 88 Iroc-Z Convertible.
I bought it in September last year with only 39,000 original miles. It has the 305 TPI with a 5 speed trans. The color is medium orange, very rare especially with the leather interior. The guy I bought it from left it sit for 8 years so it was a bit rough around the edges. The top was shot, the leather seats were torn, it had no radio, the front grille was cracked to hell, the turn signals and fog lamps were broken and rusty and it ran like crap...but I had my heart set on this car. So I drove it 3 hours home and began fixing it up. First on the list was a new top and to have the leather re-done. Then I got a cat-back Flowmaster exhaust system with the chromies out the back, a 52mm BBK Throttle Body, SLP polished intake runners, Hypertech chip and a 160 t-stat, K&N filters, B&M short throw shifter, a Pioneer CD/MP3 player, Alarm, brand new Iroc-Z rims with BF Goodrich G-Force Z rated tires and a lot of elbow grease cleaning everything from top to bottom. Still waiting to be installed are Hooker Headers and a Grant steering wheel. More mods will come as the weather permits.
