When my stock t-5 transmission finally took a dive on me, I decided to pull out the engine as well and do a complete overhaul on the engine bay and engine. Here are some pictures from that project.

Passenger side welded up, boxed in, and grinded down. Rust Encapsulator was also brushed over the entire engine bay.

Passenger side with layers of All Metal filler. Ready to be sanded down.

Sanded down. Spot puddy was used to fill the smaller pin holes left from the all metal.

Both sides and firewall sanded down and first coat of primer sprayed on.
