Here's some older pics of when I polished the stock upper intake and ported the lower

Here are pics with the intake wet sanded with 150 grit paper.

I'm also porting the upper and lower intake. Porting takes even more time than polishing. The upper did not take that long to port, but the lower has been taking the longest time.

here's the upper intake halfway polished. The unpolished side is sanded with 600 grit sandpaper.

This is the upper finally fully polished. It is yet to be buffed with a metal polish, but it looks pretty awesome.

I grinded away a lot more metal than I thought I did. I probably grinded close to 1/2 a pound of metal out of the upper and lower intake. Most of the metal wound up on the ground, but I saved as much as I could :)
