Page OneHere's my '65 Riv. Pretty straight foreward... 401 Nailhead (445 Wildcat), TH 400 trans. Great driver with lots of power. Hope you enjoy the shots, I'll post better ones when I get a chance.Clamshell headlight covers were the defining feature for these cars. In my opinion, the sickest looking front end of all the cars from this era.Another standout styling feature were the razor sharp lines. This car was originally supposed to be built by Cadillac, and named the LaSalle. GM changed their minds and it ended up being a Buick. One of the things I like most about the older Rivs, is that you don't see too many of them around. (at least not on the east coast). prety much stock... 86k. I do what I need to to keep her running and driving. rebuilt the tranny, new stainless brake lines, new alternator etc. I'd like to do some mild custom stuff, but nothing that will compromise the original look. We'll see, I'm in no rush.Stock am/fm stereo. One speaker centered in front. One in the rear, between the buckets.Eventually I'll hook up a system, but not until I figure out the best way to hide the speakers. For now my system is an iPod with an FM broadcaster. Thanks for lookin'.
