Mitsu3000GTSL91's 1991 Mitsubishi 3000GT This is my 1991 Mitsubishi 3000GT SL. I have owned this car since June of 2002. It has a little over 177,000 miles and is still kicking wonderfully. The 5 speed transmission, water pump, and clutch have been replaced. It has had all tune ups and regular oil changes through out its life. July of 2002 I was driving down the road and smoke started pouring out from under my dash. I didn't know what it was so I had it towed to my local Mitsu dealer. The next day they called and told me my wire harness had been burnt from the headlights all the way to the ignition. It took 3 months and 3G's to get my car back. The wire harness had to be special made by the company that originally made them back in 1990 during the production of the car. I was unable to find a used one...now they are around every corner..CHEAP. I enjoy this car very much and love putting my time and money into it. So far it has.....18 x 7.5" "VAPOR (Black Chromium) ICW Racing Wheels riding on Falken GBR FK-451 245/40 zr18 tires, cone air MAFS adapter, white face indiglo guages, Panasonic 903 head unit, aluminum pedals, leather shift boot and knob, Legacy 7.2" monitor, Panasonic in dash DVD player, Alpine speakers all around, and a Kenwood 600 watt amp pushing 10" Rockford Fosgate Punch, Bradi Cross drilled slotted rotors, 18% Formula One Tint. I converted the original burgundy interior to charcoal, and installed black with red trim seats. and fixing up things here and there. Any suggestions are welcomed, please let me know. More pics on the next page and hopefully many more to come!!!!!!!!!!!
