Rhino Jeep
This is a 1993 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 5.2L with 180,000+ miles. It's not as fast as a rhino, but it's as tough and strong as one! I like to tow and carry stuff with it. Its got a good amount of torque straight from the factory, and even with 10 years on the motor, its still got enough left to pull YOUR fatass out of a tar pit. I like racing my friends with their Camaros and Trans Ams (the only cars worth racing except Subaru Impreza WRXs and Nissan 180SXs) even though I'd lose all the time. But I usually don't because they slow down to make me feel better about my slow ass.
Handed down to me in pure stock form. The only thing wrong with it was the paint chipping, otherwise it was very clean and nice. And then in the destructive hands of thyself, it had evolved into the Jeep with the most 'character' on the block. The Rhino is born!I was hit by a Honda Accord. It doesn't look too bad, but the B pillar, the passenger side floor pan, outer rocker panel, and the passenger side doors are all pushed inwards. I didn't mind at first, but then I noticed that the rear wheel bearings were crushed. My drum brake set up was disassembled as well. My friend replaced the axle (which was stripped) and the bearings. The differential gears look good though. I treated myself to some 15" American Racing 767 wheels with 275/60 R15 Dayton Daytona SR tires. Here's a picture of my passenger side rocker panel being cut, pulled, and straightened out. Body work is still in progress but as of right now I'm taking a break from it.I wanted some factory step sides so I crudely bent back the rocker panel to test fit them. They fit well and I haven't gotten around to finishing my rocker panel. Instead I decided to focus on school. Yeah right. I began searching for sound system components to enhance my immaculate interior. Here my bumper has been reattached. The front passenger door has also been worked on. The rocker remains untouched but primered in black. I wanted to finish my project but someone smashed my rear window in a failed attempt to steal my 2 12" Kicker Comp VRs and Kenwood 929 1000W 2 channel amp. My passenger side has been through hell, and I'm starting to think it's supposed to be this way.Check out my CREW RIDES!
