When i got my car, the rear door locks were inoperative as in many many old squads. In order to get out, the person in the back seat had to be let out by another person in the car. I asked around on how to fix it and everyone said I'd have to take off the door panel to fix it. Well, instead of breaking the door panel clips, I thought it'd be safer to take off the plastic door handle trim.

Now instead of trying to tell you how to do it, maybe I should show you since I couldnt find anywhere online that would show me what to do.

First, remove the screw behind the door handle. Then carefully take off that whole wooden trim piece.

Heres the pic of what should be in your car if everything is there.

If the door locks are also inoperative from the rear and only work from the drivers seat, then you need to connect this little white plastic to the piece of metal (used screwdriver to point)

And this metal piece(look at screwdriver) is what you need to connect into the back part of the handle, there's a little O opening back there. if I can do it with my fingers, you can too.
