Page One Here's some photos of my 1973 numbers matching corvette convertible with white top and I have the optional white hard top also. The underside looks as good if not better than the topside, especially the rear view. I think it's the best view, I'll let you decide...

With all the sandblasting, repainting, then replacing almost everything on this 1973 corvette while referencing judging guides to return it to stock/NCRS specs and going to shows for a few years, this vette just didn't have the get up and go I was looking for. I exchanged a few components like we all do trying to leave it stock as possible, cam, carburetor, intake, but soon realized those changes were just temporary. So off came all the OEM equipment and the numbers matching engine went to storage. The new upgrade equipment started with building a small block with quality components and 475hp has been installed. Some of the components that are installed are Air Flow Research heads, Jet Hot coated Hooker headers, Comp Cams components include XS cam with solid lifters, Pro magnum roller rockers, push rods, all ARP bolts, Milodon pan, and some other goodies. A custom 2.5 inch exhaust, Flowmaster delta flow 50 mufflers, Edlebrock air gap manifold, MSD billet ignition, Mighty Demon carburetor, dual Spal fans, Vette Brakes front and rear suspension parts, transverse composite front spring, tubular upper/lower control arms, spreader bar, 1 1/8" front sway bar, 3/4" rear sway bar, Bilstein shocks, dual mount rear spring, 3" half shafts/spicer solids, Drag vettes half shaft loops, SSM traction bar, stainless sleeved calipers, Hawk pads, drilled and slotted rotors, Torque Thrust II's 17x8" and 18x9.5" with Kumho MX 255/45VR17, 275/40VR18 tires, Sharkbar with Gforce cam lock harnesses, and lots more... As you know no matter how good your vette looks and performs your "never" done. I recently removed the THD 400 trans and now have a Tremec 5 speed, Fidanza aluminum flywheel, Centerforce dual friction clutch/pressure plate with a Lakewood scattershield. The new trans has made a world of difference in the performance and driveability now, 1st and 2nd gear just blisters the tires and yet I can cruise at 70mph and 1,800 rpms. Sure plenty of cars "show" but you have to have some "go" also. New photos of some more upgrades will follow soon. Thanks for looking at my pages and please sign my guest book....
