The battery box is made from a piece of sheet metal. We folded it into a box, welded the seams, and welded it to the car. No clearence problems with the exhaust. For the HVAC, MOPAR windshield washer line worked perfect to lengthen the vaccuum lines. I used a choke cable to lengthen the temp control, but would recommend something like a 6 foot bicycle brake line. Later!
