First and foremost I have to thank everyone from ASOG and ASEC. Without all them I wouldn't have any of this done to my car.

In March, 2005 a friend of mine and I finally finished installing my turbo setup. I'm running 9 psi of boost made from an IHI turbo that came off a 1988 Ford T-Bird Turbo Coupe. Here's an old pic of my engine bay and a new pic of my engine bay, which do you like better?

I know I have too many colors going on in the engine bay with the yellow couplers and the blue couplers and the orange thermal wrap on the radiator hose. I'm working on getting rid of both the yellow and orange and converting it all to blue.

Here's a closer look at the turbo...

The intercooler I'm using is a Spearco FMIC measuring 26"x6"x3". I know it's not that big but it doesn't take much to cool 9 psi.

Here is the Vortech Super FMU I'm using to control my fuel pressure. I'm using the 2.72" disk which gives approximately a 4:1 rising rate of fuel pressure vs. boost pressure. The SFMU is coupled with a set of 30 lb Accel injectors. The SFMU is mounted where the battery used to be since I relocated it to the trunk to create a little more space in the engine bay.

Other mods not mentioned in the engine bay...

~1G BOV from an Eclipse
~Synapse Missing Link to prevent damage to the MAP sensor.
~Braided SS oil feed line and high temp return line
~Clear braided coolant lines to water cool the turbo.
~4 gage 5 piece grounding kit I made myself.
~MSD 8.5mm Super Conductor spark plug wires.
~Screamin' Demon coilpack.
~NGK BKR7E spark plugs.
~Misc. accent pieces painted silver.
~Painted intercooler piping (silver).
~55mm throttle body from a Jeep Cherokee 4.0L bored out to 60mm with a port matched intake plenum.

Future mods...

~Built bottom end.
~Wideband O2 sensor for tuning/better monitoring.
~Painted valve cover (silver).

I like the turbo setup I would never want to drive a car without a turbo, definatly the best upgrade, 5 stars.

Hey thats i tight ride, I've had my Avenger for about 2 years now, and have just started raising its standards if you know what I mean. Anyways, what type of intake is that, I have a K&N FUEL INJECTION PERFORMANCE KIT, 57 SERIES FIPK, GENERATION 2, COLD AIR INTAKE, it was the only one I could find that was at least not an Iceman piece of plastic, if I'm good on the intake, what header system would you refer me to, cause I have the V6 sport?
