I found a Dana 35 front axle out of a 92 explorer. Unfortuneately, it has auto hubs, but that will change.

It then sat in my shop at my parent's place in Hartman. The only problem was that I was in Jonesboro (at least 3 hour trip, one way). And driving back and forth was very time consuming. I decided that working on my B2 in my driveway in Jonesboro would be more benificial than working on it in a heated shop with air tools 200 miles away. So I went to get a tow dolly from u-hual. Turns out, they wont rent to people with Explorers. So I got a friend's truck and picked up the tow dolly, and went home and hooked it up to my Explorer.

The trip was one hell of a ride. I couldn't sleep the night before, so I left Jonesboro at 4 am with the tow dolly bouncing down the highway behind me. 8 am I get to Hartman. By 10 am the b2 is running and somewhat ready to be loaded. Brakes didn't work, but i was expecting that. After carefully loading it up, I realized the 33's were too big for the tow dolley straps. crap. So I put it back in the shop and swapped some stock tires/rims on the front. After loading it back up and having a cup of coffee with my grandmother, I fuel up and leave Hartman at about 2 pm. The ride down the highway is fun. the first hour I stayed at about 65 mph and was being tailgated and damn near run over by semi's. So I sped up to 75 to somewhat keep up with traffic, my knuckles white from fighting the windy day and the wind from semi's passing me at about 85 mph. Around 6 pm, I arrive in Jonesboro. I unloaded the b2, swapped the 33's back on the front, took back the tow dolley (with a friend's truck), went home and passed out for about 12 hours.
