nats_mystique's 1999 Mercury Mystique M, NY Customized with Sony Head Unit - 10 Welcome to my site dedicated to my 1999 Mercury Mystique. I acquired this car this past summer as my Mom moved to England. I picked up the rest of her loan and took on this car, and the task to make it hot.

nats_mystique's 1999 Mercury Mystique M, NY Customized with Sony Head Unit - 7 Right now the car is pretty basic, apart from the Hawaiian theme that I have instilled on it. When I received the car it was all gray, gray, gray. So, I began putting some reds and whites in it and it's bringing some life into it.

nats_mystique's 1999 Mercury Mystique M, NY Customized with Sony Head Unit - 3One of the major characteristics that brings life to the car would be my latest addition: Sony Xplode CD player. Soon to come will be Xplode rear speakers, and possibly an Xplode Amp as well.

nats_mystique's 1999 Mercury Mystique M, NY Customized with Sony Head Unit - 11Going along with my Xplode theme, are these three accessories I added to the exterior of my car. The first is a set of metallic emblems added to the front exterior of the car just in front of the wheels.

nats_mystique's 1999 Mercury Mystique M, NY Customized with Sony Head Unit - 6 Over the summer, my front vent kept popping out of place. It ended up getting completely ripped off out of sheer frustration. Now, after a new paint job (red, of course) and a lot of Krazy glue, it's in beautifully and with style.

nats_mystique's 1999 Mercury Mystique M, NY Customized with Sony Head Unit - 5 My exhaust pipe was getting pretty raggedy so I have simply purchased an exhaust tip to hide that much. I was considering a performance exhaust, but I am not too sure how that would sound on a wee little automatic such as mine. So, it's the fake look for now. :)

nats_mystique's 1999 Mercury Mystique M, NY Customized with Sony Head Unit - 1 As you can see my car is far from a show-off at this point. Like I have said it is a work in progress, and I am looking forward to putting many changes on it, which I will document through this site.
