WARNING STAY AWAY FROM MACCO!
I made the the very unforutnate and ill-informed mistake of letting maacco paint my car. Now as of March 9th 2004 I'm looking for bodyshops to repair the dammage maaco did to the car. Many body shops wont even touch the car for they can't garrentee they can repair maacos dammage. Because of their paint the price of a profesional job is doubled. Prices for the repaint range from $5600 to $13,000. All this because I made a huge mistake. Please do not go to them you get what you payed for and I now have damaged the value of my car far worse then if it was in an auto accident.
Head this warning for your own sake.

Well I have a lot to update. I was in a car accident two weeks ago. I was hit on the driver front fender. Needed a complete supension for the right front, new fender, repair the driverside door, a set of four rims (the other ones were bent in the accident. I took to this opportunity to repaint the car since they were repainting the bumbers, fender, door and hood. I now have doge viper blue and the paint in amazing. She never had look so good and had a shine so bright. The rims are kongs Holes 17's about 12-15 pounds each. The car runs perfectly with no problems now.
I say now because my car was shacking at high speed and it turned out to be that my rims were warped. Since the change all is good and I'll post pics of the accident and the new paint job soon.

I had the tranny rebult with a 2nd Gen street/strip valve body at maximumtuning. Great mod make you just want to floor it. But I'm too calm for that =). The tranny is great and It feels strong just like new.

Whats up everyone? I have been a lurker on the forum for quite some time and I finally decided to register. I got my 95 GLE white pearl max in February 2001 with 70,750 miles on her she now has 94,400miles. This was and still is my first car. I researched for a full year on used cars and the max in general before I decided it was to be my car. It took three months before I found her at legend Nissan in Syosset Long Island. I truly enjoy this car and have pampered her from the start. No hard driving mobil one synthetic blend (high mileage) oil change every 3 months I have never gone close to or over the 3000-mile mark. You can see I put less then 8000 per year. I had KYBs AGXs with Eibachs installed a few months back at Maximum Tuning and have enjoy them ever since. I changed the stock tires first to Yokohamas AVS 100s 205/40/17 it was a tire package from discount tire direct. THE TIRES ARE FOR SALE they have less the 400 miles on them! (Pictures on the next few pages) Never shopping there again! Mounted 225/50/17 Falkens and havent looked back since.
I have the original tyranny and have been religious in care and fluid changes. The tyranny is a bit soft but is working fine. I was planning to add a valve body job and trans cooler but I decided to wait till I have to do a rebuild to put that in. If it aint broke dont fix it! I got the car repainted blue in May of 2003 because of the dents (giving to me by my fellow drivers) and rust damage in the trunk and rear. I just changed my dash lights to red (Dec 16, 2003) and also planning on changing my radio, climate, and shift indicators to a blue/red them to match the rest of the internal lights. That is all for now will post pics as soon as I get my hands on a digital camera.
