This is my 2001 S2k. I picked it up last year October 2003. I am slowly adding mods to it as we speak and will update as i build it up. ;) So far i have a Rockford Fosgate Amps and 10in sub and Alpine SPX-177A speaker system with a Clarion HU.
I have the Vortech SC, Apexi Vafc-2, Cusco Front lower Brace, Cusco 3pc subframe bars, Apexi EGT & Boost Gauges, 18in Volk LE28n, Yokohama ES100 tires, Tein RA Coilovers, Comptech Exhaust, J's Style CF Hood, Rick's Smoke USDM Headlight Diffusers, Clear Jdm sidemarkers, Jdm Black Honda Badges, Cwest style eyelids, Black Bride Ergo Seats, Mcgard's Custom Seatlocks, APR Carbon Fiber Radiator plate, Carbon fiber dash kit, and Greddy Oil Cap.
New Items 5/21/04 are Vortech SuperCharger which took a week with me and my bf spending about 1-2 hours a day. his friend came to help with the wiring schematics. its up and running as of last night and no CEL yet. also picked up the Greddy Catch Can. Going to finish things up today tighten & clean up all the vacuum hoses. i am waiting for my NGK Iridium Spark plugs which were special ordered.
This was one of my fave projects so far. Except a warning for anyone getting a Vortech SC, their instructions SUCK. and are SO wrong. a good 4 hours wasted during install due to bad instructions and poor diagrams. but it does look sick tho ;).
Updated 06/13/04: Apexi EGT and Boost Gauges were installed took me and my bf half the day to drill the holes in my dash and tapping the Exhaust manifold, and the Cusco 3pc Subframe bars and Front lower bar was installed this weekend as well. Going to get the oil cooler and oil temp gauge next and waiting for my SFMU to adj and fix my leaning problem with the Vortech SC next week or 2.
I will update as I go so check back soon. i'm just happy that i got my SC i had planned it before summer and i'm happy to hit it right on the dot ;)
