These fount doer panel's were my first fiber glass project, they trend out pretty well. I maid them about 5 years ago, but I did a little more work a year ago now there perfect. They have a 6.5 woofer and a tweeter.

I built theys to salve a problem, the 4 15's in the trunk move so so much air they always blew out the foam on the edges of all my 6x9s. So I just took the 6x9s out and put the covers back on and it gave me 2 big port Holes for the air to move freely to the cab and I pickt up a little SPL 8-). Now the 2 woofers and 3 tweeters sound grate, but they doant quite fit right so IM guna scrap them and make another set. soon

Now these things are tight, totally in the face loud and clear highs. But man do they get annoying at times. they trend out grate but they took so so long to make. Theys are the first thing every one comments on, I love them.

Now theys are probilly the nicest thing I have ever maid there perfect. At this point its starting to get to be a little over kill but I needed a new project to work on. so I maid a fiberglass panel to match the shape of the carpet out line on the back doer panels the 4.5in woofer and 1in tweeter fit in well.

My Next Project: 6 15s fiberglass in the trunk

I attempted it once 5 years ago but after one weekend of working on it my trans went out. I parted the car out and sent it to the junk yard. But I got good experience and now get to make a fue changes and start out fresh, probily later on in 2007 it will probily take about 120 hours of labor intensive work.

These are the only pics i have of the first attempt of 6 15s u can only 3 of then the other 3 wernt in for this pic (Not prity huh) Note was my second project i have a lot more experience now

Put about 500 bucks into the front end and it can be fixed in no time. Just gotta look for part on bonnevilleclub or at junk yards. We need to get a bonnie meet soon. thanks for the comments.
