If anyone had told me ten years ago that I was to become a future Subaru owner, I definetely would have considered it a joke. But the world of cars has changed radically, and BMW and Mercedes have become too familiar to be exciting. So why not try something different - especially when you can have four wheel drive and 177 bhp for a reasonable price!

Subaru's have never been boring cars, just different. Completely different. And some models have been too ugly even to be ignored! Subaru still makes different cars (how many car makers except Porsche and Subaru stay with the boxer-engine concept?) - and their cars still have a kind of weird design. But after driving one of the turbo models, you just don't care how it looks!
