The Valeo projectors belongs to a 2004 Renault Megane headlights.They are fitted to 406 headlamp reflectors and so the height leveling system is working!
After installing the projector,I sealed the bottom of the projector with a material like jb weld and after that I sealed all the back surface with 300 degrees standable red silicone.
The operation starts ,first I disassambled the old headlight.
This is a custom made metal ring.I drilled the holes to put some leds but after that I quit this idea and left as it is.
After fixing the metal ring to the metal cover,I painted it with a 800 degree heat standable matt black paint.
