ALMOST TO THE END...PICTURE OF MY "TURBO DOG" COMING...

I enjoy checking my mirror at stoplights, watching the lips of the people in back of me as they read my license plate, and then smile when they get it.

What the car looked like on the day that I bought it, February, 2002.
Unfortunately, the two old barns pictured in many of the preceding photos were destroyed by a tornado on May 30, 2004. There were 9 beagle puppies, some only 10 days old, and two nursing mothers, in the "big" barn when the tornado hit (the other dogs were taken out earlier). The puppies were scattered throughout the wreckage, along with their mothers. I'm happy to report we found all of them, alive, and they are doing just fine!

The Miata was in the white garage, in the background at the top of this picture, when the tornado struck and didn't get so much as a scratch.

My "turbo dog," Mia, says thanks for looking. (Ah, actually, it's my wife's dog)
For those who have tried to remove the wiring to the AFM by unscrewing it, instead of removing the two wire clips and pulling it off, here is how you can solder the broken metal ribbons using plain hookup wire.
