I have a stone white Jeep Grand Cherokee 5.9 Limited, the fastest SUV built in 1998 the only year of its production. It has everything from 345 lbs torque stock to heated leather seats, and is an extreamly capable 4x4 in stock form then most SUVs built today. It won numerous awards in 1998 like 4x4 of the year ect. I built and installed by my self a Vortec Supercharger, the 1st ever Front Mount Intercooler, race heads, cam, bolt ons, rims, suspension, brakes, lights, and a clean slamin Stereo. Let me know what you think and what else I should do.

Stock vs new diamond clear euro headlights with 6000K HID

IMO every headlight out ther is junk compared to HIDs I highly recomend them to any car, I have a friend with like 10 off road lights evrywear and my 2 are still brighter and they only take like 5watts of power.

People say ricey taillights but in person they match the white and chrome theme of the Jeep perfectly.

0G wires to evrything with an Optima and a built in Volt meter on the positive post. Focal PollyGlass and Quantum Components in the front and rear doors. Alpine Type X 12 and custom ported black swirl box in the 9. Plenty of power comes from 150amp alternator with an Eclipse and MTX amps. This system is extreamly clean perfect sounding and loud, I highly recomend Focal speakers above all and the type X is amazingly clean loud and perfect.

The setup is made for 2 Alpine Type X 12s, I have found that one gets the job done! If I find the need for an ungodly amount of base all I have to do is cut the material out and plug the 2nd one in.

My 5.9 L Engine!!

ROBZILA's 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee

PRE INTERCOOLER
The fastest run in a stock 5.9 is 14.8 sec in the 1/4 mile. With my 7 lbs of boost and exhaust I hope for 13.99 at the track with only 1 mod.

I have the V1-S-trim with a Greddy S BOV.
I just dynoed at 303HP and 398TQ at the flywheel with only the supercharger. The motor runs at 11.9:1 A/F ratio over 3000rpm WOT witch is a good number for no adjustments made. The timing is set at 1 degree per 2 pounds, -4 degrees. There are no signs of detonation thankfully. I had a 15 flat at 91mph in Colorado and spinning the wheels on the dyno for the launch. With a good all wheel launch at sea level it's a high 13sec JEEP.

5-11-05 Really Late at Night
The only Supercharged and Intercooled Grand Cherokee in the World. Email me a pic if you see another. I think the only ZJ 93-98 with an intercooler, and now some of the SRT8s have kits but this was the 1st ever and built by me.

I now have the intercooler mounted and all piped in with aluminum, red silicon and T-bolt clamps. It was a pain in the A** and took about 14 hrs. A FMIC on a supercharged Ram Dynoed about 50hp extra. The air is about 100 degrees cooler than it was with just the supercharger. The BOV is now twice as loud. It runs quicker especially up top when the boost hits. 1 hose has a hard kink in it and another hose needs to be replaced with a pipe because it flexes around too much(Done), but over all its real nice not to mention all the stares you get from the ricers. The drivability is great even in hot weather full boost temps stay Below stock.

I got the M1 high rise intake manifold. I ordered it powder coated red but they forgot to do it. So I had it done myself and powder coated a bunch of other things white while it was apart.

Couple 100hp worth of bolt ons! I havnt instaled anything thats on that table, I need a few more parts and money probably spring time I will have it all together and can you say 600hp+ ; ) in a Jeep is stupid crazy!!!

All the power + build trany torque converter + small details and adjustmenst should put me solid in the 11s @ the 1/4 mile. And thats with stock motor pistons ect no NOS low boost. Down the line maybe 10s.

I have all new performance springs, shocks and brakes, its not a F1 car but deff very fun to drive. I still want to get sway bars and all 8 control arms built.

ROBZILA's 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I have B+G drop springs. I just got them on and they are really nice. I now push my Jeep pretty hard around turns, it looks pretty good too. I am surprised that it has a smoother ride then stock, they are 2'' lower but I still have no problem going out camping an wheeling a bit.

This was a video I made with my friend, he has a stock black 5.9, I realy like this race because I can see how far Ive come with my Jeep, a stock 5.9 is a fast SUV and in this vid it doesnt even look like hes moving and I gave him a car length head start. Enjoy.

Hi there. I'm fairly new to this site. I'm loving the community here, so I want to contribute to everyone this article I read that really changed my life financially. Last week I got a check for $900! Really, no joke, I thought I couldn't do it myself, but I did. And it really helped me out my family financially because i'm a stay at home mom. But here's the article I read: http://www.news4show.com/finance/google-hiring-you.html hopefully it works out for you too. Good luck and God bless!
