My verse for living...
"What is more, I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whose sake I have lost all things. I consider them rubbish, that I may gain Christ." Philippians 3:8

Well... I've finally decided that ol' RED ROCKET should be "Laid to Rest"... it's in the back of my yard these days.. no egnine, to trans.. not even a fuel-line... No Heart or Blood anymore.. form now on it's just gonna sit til' I have the $$$ saved up to do a total rebuild on it; Frame up Resto-job.

(8/7/04)Update! Pulled the Stang's lil' 302 out! (more pics on page 2)

The man behind the Muscle...

This is my 1972 Mustang "RED ROCKET" it was pretty much stock when I bought it my senior year of high school (3 1/2 yrs ago.. GO GHS HURRICANES!!!) for $1000. First car I ever bought...(I now own 4)It had the 302 2V engine, C4 automatic FMX Tranny, & a Ford 9" rearend. All I did was add a bunch of "Bolt-On" stuff to it. HEDMAN "Full-Tube" Headers, Edelbrock Performer intake manifold, Holley Carb, Holley High-performance "Free-Flow" Chrome air breather, Holley In-Line Electric fuel pump, Flex-Fan, Ford Racing distributor Cap & Rotor Kit, ACCEL Super-Stock 8mm Ignition wires, ACCEL "SUPER COIL", Mr.Gasket's Chrome valve covers, a Cloyes "Double-Roller" timing chain, new Flex-plate, and a new Hi-po Solenoid...and a "Street Bandit Handling kit" (KYB Gas-A-Just Shocks-all around, Front & Rear Sway Bar kits, Powder coated Contour Coil Spings, Rear-end lowering Kit, and Polyurethane sway bar end-link/bushings... I'm currently building a 351 CLEVELAND to replace the stock 302. This one's gonna be All-Out Performance!!! (gas milage isn't being taken into consideration... I sure hope we win that war in the middle east! HAHAHAHAHA!)

Here's my Stang's interior, Black on Black... It's all Stock, and in Very Good Condition, the only "flaw" is the tare(s) in the driver's side seat. (sorry about the pics... not my best work)

Just gave er' a Bath

Really nice car, looks like you've got a lot of cutting and grinding ahead of you. I got lucky and got one with no rust problems except a little surface rust in the trunk.
