THIS AIN'T YO GRANDMA'S TEMPO Bro...This TEMPO's fast, And it's only going to get Faster!!!! When I'm done, 12 Second Quater...Yeah...Go ahead... laugh now. Cuz you sure in the hell won't be laughing later, I will be.
This is a 1992 Ford TEMPO GLS. This car is VERY rare and quite fast. In 1992 they only built around 850 GLS's. It's powered by a 3.0 Vulcan V-6 hooked up to a nicely geared 5-speed gearbox. It comes FROM THE FACTORY with Integrated Fog Lights, Side Skirts, Rear Bumper EFX, Dual tip Stainles Steel Exhaust Tip and a LO-PROFILE Spoiler. Over the past 12 years I've seen only (4) other GLS's, (3) LTS's and, not one XR5. In 92 my dad had the Topaz XR5. I gave it the Nickname "GOFAZ XR5". This TOPAZ haled AZZ!! It would go from 0 To 120 back to 0 in 4 tenths of a mile. The quarter mile is 2.5 tenths!! At the strip we were hitting 70MPH @ the eighth and in the quarter I turned in a 14.49 @ 96MPH. IN A TOPAZ!! The GLS iz not az quick or az faz az the XR5.....YET. But It'll still WHOOP the shit out of the 4-popper "FART" can modded street ricer kid's with huge ass wings who want to play street racer. Hell....It's been beating up on tha 3.0 v-tec too!! I feel very privileged to own this car. Like I tell everybody, "If ya haven't driven, rode or, owned one bro....Ya just don't know how good a Tempo can go"!!
I removed the windshield wipers and the antenna It gives The GLS a cleaner look for the street.

So I rushed my woman to the ER for what she thought were labor pains!! Turns out, the baby has my feet and reflexes!! Oh yeah...Tempo back seat are plenty big enough!!!
