The new look with the 1.5" diameter (3mm thick) roll cage & tire carrier.

A new set of wheels. Well they're not really new, it's a 2nd hand from a standard Daihatsu Taft. Fits perfectly, and because of the wheel width (6", original Sierra's wheel is 5.5") and its negative offset, my Sierra track width is slightly wider, thus the tire is no longer covered by the flares (need to wash the car more often, but it looks cooler I think).

The 2nd hand Ramsey REP8000 and a new custom made roller. I put the winch control box under the hood (safer & far from water), and installed a winch control switches in the cabin. The toggle switch is for the on/off (right hand of the steering wheel), and the switch to operate the winch was put next to the AC (using power window switch - see red circle).

Well, the used winch have been tested in a couple offroad trips and so far it's OK. It's a bit slow compares to Warn winches but never fail to deliver
(UPDATES: 1 failure so far, loose connection to the motor), of course I only used it to pull my lightweight Sierra (±2500 lbs max), never really tested to pull out a heavy FJ-40.
Branch wire and a tiny-mini spot lights ($4, cheap ..:-)

Third brake light (custom made $35, light taken out from Peugeot 206)

A custom made utility box (made from aluminum diamond plate) and a cheap plastic jerrycan for fresh water was added at the back of the Sierra (removable - for off-road only).
Interior

Custom made door trim, console box & drink holder (made from 2mm aluminum diamond plate)
