The Bone is mostly stock still except for Dynomax Dual exhaust and a K&N air filter, but there's much more to come down the road, next up hopefully being paint and a cowl scoop. It came with a 305 Chevy-built motor, 4 speed automatic, rally wheels, and all the other LE options (bench cloth seats, tilt, AC, power windows, intermittent wipers, etc.) It also has a sound system which needs improvements if i ever decide to. All it has now is a Sony Xplod player, Rockford 150W amp, and a Rockford 10" 120W sub. Just gives a little extra boom to things. But i'm still pretty young and so is the car (only 120,000km) so we've got lots of time.

Update: Got some Edelbrock Elite series low profile valve covers, and the 14" Elite air cleaner assembly to match. A word to anyone putting on the same valve covers: Look out for the EGR valve - on my car it sticks out and i had to get a buddy to custom cut a spacer for it.

Well from the line the 305 moves like it's pulling 3000 lbs, which it is. But once you get it into upper rpms in 3rd gear and mid-range 4th it is quick.

Just wonderin', how does the 305 move? I recently acquired an '86 Bonneville LE from a family death, but I haven't driven it yet, it was taken to storage until next spring. Mint condition, but I can't stand a slow car...
