Here are some pics of my 1983 T25 VW Transporter. We bought 'Bert' in February 2003. We drove over 100 miles to buy him and he decided to brake down half way home. I wasn't going to give up that easy so we had the engine rebuilt and a major service.He now plods along quite happily. I started working on the exterior immediately and my wife started on the interior. We also had the whole braking system renewed. New front doors, interior panels, new bumpers etc were also replaced.

Here's how the van looks now but check out how it used to look...

hey, i like the hightop! Do you do anything to improve the gas mileage? I just got mine in great condition and i am looking for some cool mods that are not too expensive, for caming and stuff, any ideas?
