Here are some pics of the interior

Now Cavaliers just look plain stupid without some interior work done! I don't have much money so one step at a time. I purchased seat covers from walmart to match the exterior of my car. I also added some kool neon lights that go to the beat of the music.

**UPDATED** Removed the seat covers for a cleaner look as well.

I want to paint the inside of my cavy but i dont know what paint to use..any tips?!?!?

For anyone who is thinking of installing a new Stereo Unit Reciever themselves...think twice before doing...ITS A PAIN IN THE ASS for any cavy that is 2000 and newer.

For my 2003 Cavy I was to relocate the factory head unit to the trunk because the way GM hooked up the computer to the stereo. F@#K YOU GM!!! I didn't want to spend 90 bucks for a wiring harness so i spliced the wires myself with the help of my friends. As you can see it tooks us two days to finish and we worked in the dark untill completed.

**UPDATED** I removed the factory speakers as well and replaced with pioneer speakers. Cut out holes for the 6x9s in the back. Hits alot harder now.

This site is a really good reference to anyone who would like help on installing a new stereo head unit...http://www.carstereohelp.org/stereoremoval/ChevyCavalier2StrRa.htm

I installed JL Audio amp 500/1 and 10" W6. Did all my wiring myself.

Also converted the manual locks to power and had a security system installed.

Thanks for the comments. Your cav looks great man, keep it up. The taillights were painted by a bodyshop. It cost me somewhere between $100-$150, i think. Good luck.

That is one cool lookin` kit you got on that cavi. Also great job doing the stereo yourself. I did some of my own work on the stereo but I had to pay for an amplifier bypass, cause I was fed up with it at the time. Anyways if you have time let me know what you think of the job I have done so far.
