you need to find a dealership that would be willing to hookup their consultII and advance your timing. I had to drive to San Deigo to do that. If you check b15sentra.net you might be able to find one in your area.

hey dude i finally checked my cardomain site. the answer to your question: it's possible to advance the timing on the qg18de via a consult II (everything is controlled by the ECU). And yes it is direct coil ignition. But it can be done just like on the QR25's.
