I got these 350Z seats off E-bay for $300 shipped. I wasn't happy with the stock seats on long trips; these are a lot better. They also of course help on curvy roads.
I used the stock Maxima base/rails/seatpan. The 350Z cushion went around the Maxima seatpan and the seat back bolted to the base. Slight modifications were required to get the seat bottom to sit at the right height. It's not perfect, but I like them a lot more than the stock seats.
